Extended Payment Solutions
AIIC can assist eligible buyers to access third-party supply chain finance support where approved supplier payments may be settled through structured finance arrangements.
Eligible buyers may access delayed settlement terms for approved procurement transactions.
Finance support is provided by third-party finance providers, subject to assessment and approval.
Pricing, interest, fees and repayment conditions depend on project profile, buyer assessment and finance provider terms.
Some approved structures may not require property security, subject to provider assessment and transaction approval.
Application Assistance Fee
To ensure each application is properly reviewed and prepared, AIIC charges an application assistance fee for eligible procurement finance submissions.

Payable before AIIC prepares and coordinates the application submission.
Refundable
If the application is not approved by the third-party finance provider, the application assistance fee will be refunded.
AIIC only assists with preparing, coordinating and submitting procurement finance applications to third-party finance providers. AIIC is not a lender, credit provider, financial adviser or legal adviser.
Approval is not guaranteed. All finance applications are subject to third-party assessment, approval criteria, interest, fees, buyer assessment, transaction review and provider terms.
AIIC does not accept responsibility or legal liability for finance approval outcomes, finance provider decisions, buyer obligations, supplier performance, repayment obligations, losses, delays or any legal, financial or commercial consequences arising from the application or transaction.
